IA Portfolio

Created as part of the information architecture (IA) phase, wireframes provide a quick and cost effective method to illustrate a system’s functionality and flow. These diagrams show the general layout of fundamental design elements on the screen.

IA documents such as wireframes, sitemaps, and taxonomy or categorization schemes are used to communicate with decision makers and then passed over to Designers who then create color artwork for them.  They allow work groups to comment on and agree to the functionality before any design and programming is done.

Below are a few wireframes I created while working at ImageX Media, a Drupal Web Design and Development Company.  Notice since wireframes are rough guides, the end product some times end up slightly different from the initial approved wireframes.
